At JASP Services BV, we offer three flexible service arrangements designed to support organizations with the adoption and integration of JASP. Each tier builds on the previous one, offering increasing levels of support and priority. The level of support on offer is exceptional and the pricing is low, reflecting our philosophy that we seek to engage in a mutually beneficial long-term partnership with our clients. Each plan below may be expanded and tailored to the needs of your organization (see “Custom Packages” below). Legal contracts are available upon request.
Enterprise Partnership
The basic foundation for getting started with JASP. Benefits:
- A compiled, ready-to-go version of JASP Enterprise.
- Access to a private, company-specific support portal with issue tracking.
Standard Service Package
All benefits from the Enterprise Partnership, plus enhanced feature support. Benefits:
- Everything from the Enterprise Partnership.
- A one-time 3-hour online onboarding session to discuss your needs.
- Expert advice on installing JASP within your organization’s systems.
- Priority handling of feature requests (provided they align with JASP’s design goals)
- Priority support for bug reports (i.e., broken or malfunctioning features in JASP).
Premium Service Package
Our most comprehensive plan (recommended, especially at the start of adoption). Benefits:
- Everything in the Enterprise Partnership and Standard Package.
- High-priority handling of approved feature requests.
- Early access to new JASP versions with client-relevant features.
Custom Packages
If your organization would prefer a different set of benefits, this can be arranged. For instance, JASP Services BV offers:
- Training sessions, both on JASP in general and on specific functionality in JASP.
- Additional contact hours.
- Support for contributing code to JASP.
- Tutorials, videos, and other supporting materials that familiarize employees with JASP.
