Expertise
I specialise in quantitative research methods, statistical analysis, and the practical application of tools for data analysis and teaching. Through my work with Kaikaku Consulting, I also bring expertise in Lean methodology, continuous improvement, and quality control practices. I am a Lean Six Sigma Master Belt and have a BSc Chemical Engineering Degree, with over 18 years of experience in multi-national FMCG manufacturing companies, together with experience in the Insurance and Finance Sector. My approach integrates statistical thinking with process improvement tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5 Whys, and visual management to support data-driven decision-making. I focus on making complex concepts accessible through applied, hands-on learning, with an emphasis on reproducibility, transparency, and real-world problem solving.
Training
I offer training workshops and short courses in statistics, data analysis, and Lean-based quality improvement, tailored to academic, professional, and organisational needs. This includes introductory and intermediate statistics (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression, ANOVA, Bayesian methods) alongside Kaikaku Consulting programmes ranging from Lean Six Sigma White to Master Black Belt training. These courses cover key concepts including waste reduction, flow optimisation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Training is interactive, using real-world datasets and practical exercises, and can be delivered in-person or online. Custom programmes can be developed to align with specific organisational or sector requirements.
How JASP is Used in our Training
JASP is integrated into my training as a core tool for teaching statistical concepts in a transparent and user-friendly way. I use JASP to demonstrate data analysis workflows, allowing participants to focus on interpretation rather than programming syntax. Its visual outputs and intuitive interface support quality control by enabling clear reporting, reproducibility, and easy verification of results during training sessions. I have also utilised both Minitab and Excel with Statistical Add-ins as part of my own training journey, and real-world application as well.
